*The Family Room can accommodate up to 6 people, a breakfast surcharge of £7.50 per person will be included for guests 3 - 6

*Cleaning service can be offered to you, upon request, during your stay (usually for durations of more than 1 week and is optional)
*We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning costs if the property is not left in an acceptable condition.
Q. Why is there a surcharge for the Hot Tub?
The Hot Tub is prepared specially for each occupancy and after your stay it is emptied and cleaned thoroughly. The charge includes this plus unlimited supply of wood for the wood burning store and continuous filtration during your stay to ensure the best experience possible for you and your family.
Q. Do you provide an evening meal option for Bed & Breakfast guests?
Yes we can offer a home cooked three course meal with wine or other beverages during your stay.
Q. Pets, which do you allow to stay?
We are happy for small, medium sized dogs that are well behaved and passed the chewing stage to stay with you during your stay, for both B&B guests and Full Occupancy. Other pets will be considered on an individual basis. Please pop the question in your email.
Q. Do we need transport whilst staying at the Chateau?
Your own transport is recommended. There are buses that run throughout the day, into Luchon and from 2024 there will be a train service, again during the day, both are within easy walking distance, approx. 5 minutes away. However to explore further afield and especially for the ski season, we would recommend transport and tyre change, for the winter months.
Q. Is there somewhere to store our equipment?
Yes, the Chateau has secure facilities to store cycles, water sports and ski/snowboard equipment.
